What happens if I lose my ELLIPAL device?
Your assets are stored on the blockchain, not the device. As long as you have your 12, 18, or 24-word recovery seed phrase, you can restore your wallet on a new ELLIPAL or any BIP39-compatible wallet.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally from our regional warehouses. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while express shipping options are available for delivery within 3-5 business days.
What is the return policy for hardware wallets?
For security reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. Once the security seal is broken, the device cannot be returned to ensure the safety of all our customers.
